We love to meet with new clients, their families, and their pets. Our veterinarians and staff will provide services with courtesy, respect, and compassion. Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our receptionists, your pet will be weighed and you will be asked to verify your personal information for the file. The receptionist will ask a few important questions regarding your pet’s history and concerns you may have before seeing the veterinarian.
The veterinarian will examine your pet in one of our examination rooms where he or she will discuss your pet’s general health and any concerns you may have and then inform you of their findings and recommendations. After your appointment, you will be referred back to the receptionist where you will be provided any products or medications required for your pet, schedule follow-up if needed, and make payment for services. Assistance to your vehicle will be available if required. We are always happy to help you in any way.
